Poorest quality of scrap unsuitable
for furnace, may be converted into graded one by Shredwell. Produces
totally rust & dust free very compact and small pieces of 2-4" size
out of voluminous loose or bundled commercial scrap.Very selected
different alloys of steel are used for different parts of shredwell.
Robust Construction for its trouble free continuous working with a very long life. Two fly wheels are given for smooth running with greater momentum. Extra fixed blades are given inside for higher production.A removable jali is provided for easy maintanance. Heavy Duty Bearings of internationally renowned makes are used. Plumer blocks, to bear the jerks, are made out of cast steel. All revolving parts
are precisely balanced. Beaters and jali(Sieve) is of high magnese
alloy steel which has a life approx. three times that of M.S All
Assembly work are carried out under the supervision of qualified
technicains and engineers. We are also making other scrap processing
machines like Shearing Machine, Bailing Press, Vibrating Screen etc. in different sizes and capacities.
